Spielberg recounts the story of the first film he ever saw (Cecil B. DeMille’s The Greatest Show On Earth) and offers advice to anyone who has a dream.
"Sometimes a dream just whispers. And I’ve always said to my kids: the hardest thing to listen to, your insitincts, your human intuition, always whispers, it never shouts. It’s very hard to hear. So you have to every day of your lives, be ready to hear whispers in your ear…And if you can listen to the whisper, and if it tickeles your heart, and if it’s something you think you want to do for the rest of your life, then that is going to be what you do for the rest of your life, and we [montioning to everyone in the room] will benefit from everything you do."
